We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of order delivery. We are unable to provide you with a refund if 14 days have passed since you received your item.
If you would like to return your items for a refund and find out if you qualify for one of the following situations, please send an email to contact@chromeheartglasses.com.
The goods were never delivered.
If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered but you have not yet received your item or items, please send us an email at contact@chromeworld.jp. We may or may not ask you to return the item or items to us once we have confirmed this information. After that, we’ll start processing your refund right away.
Returns Terms and Guidelines
Unless the product was purchased during the season, when extended return dates have been specified, it must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
CUSTOMER CHANGES THEIR MIND
We will not offer you a refund if you change your mind and decide you no longer want your products after receiving your order. In this scenario, we will only offer a free exchange or store credit.
• Items must be returned in their original bag, in perfect saleable condition, with all tags still attached (NOT worn, altered, or washed). Regretfully, once the swing ticket has been removed, we are unable to issue a refund.
• Before a refund or exchange is given, every returned item is carefully inspected to make sure it is in perfect condition.
• If there are any indications of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage to the items, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
